Technology Transferring Market Study
Our company has served massive market studies and potential partners evaluation for European companies aiming for technology transferring, cooperation opportunities and licencing in the Middle East, particularly the Iranian market. The project includes market studies, potential partner evaluation as the first phase, and matchmaking and corporation implementation as the following steps.
During the project, the first phase has been delivered and the second one was launched based on the final approval of partner assessment based on the mother company's target plan.
We have delivered high-quality market studies in health sectors for the European Ambulance equipment provider based in Finland, Food industry based in Italy and Iran, European and Chinese Automotive tier-1 with the purpose of new market entries and investment opportunities and industrial lubricant as an expansion and development plans.
Business and Entry Strategy Planning
We have performed as a business consulting firm for companies that were looking for investment cooperation in the new market in the industrial lubricant section—Azconsulting was assigned by the investor to arrange the requirement of collaboration per both sides' requests.
During this project, all the studies and plans were discussed through a monthly basis meeting with the company and investor. The final plan cemented 4 years of constructive cooperation.
We have been responsible for an investor that planned to implement and start a new business in the field of Concierge in a market as the first expert assistant service provider.
The whole path from market study and research, target segmentation, business modelling, strategy and marketing planning up to implementation have been delivered by our team.
In the first phase, all requirements and key risks have been delivered through comprehensive reports, and the second phase has started accordingly by considering the final target plan.
In this project, our services support a rough idea and made it to the business revenue.
As complementary services, monitoring and support for the first 6 months, including the digital solution and application planning have been requested by the investor.
